Prior to a loan being funded, customers is going to be contacted with a GreenSight Funds representative to talk about repayment dates and a payment schedule.
Payment reminders are sent via email a few days prior to the payment is due to notify the customer and to ensure the consumer has available funds. If the customer finds that they are unable to make the payment, extension fees are available at $5. 00 each day up to and including maximum of six (6) days. Standard fees will be doubled if the payment is extended beyond the sixth (6th) day for clients on a bi-weekly or bi-monthly pay frequency. Standard fees is likely to be halved for payments extended for seven (7) days and doubled past seven (7) days.
*Please note: Failure to notify GreenSight Funds about insufficient available funds at least a day in front of you payment deadline, can lead to a non-payment (default) and can incur a $25. 00 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee charged to your account.
